Guest Controller Approval according IVAO rule 5.1.7.

Members of other division than IVAO-AT are not allowed to make ATC on any Austrian Airport without written permission of the Austrian-HQ.
If you would like to ask for this permission, you must fulfill the following requirements:

• you are at least APC
• you have knowledge of LOVV-FIR procedures and LOAs
• you are able to provide ATC in german language (voice and text) and english,
  reason: VFR-Traffic is allowed in german language in Austria.
• you have a clean suspensionhistory
• you are able to provide ATC in Austria, at least 5 hours a month

The requirements may take into consideration user's behaviour in the network, as well as his mind of the spirit of IVAO and the division spirit.

The GCA can be withdrawn at any time by Division HQ, if the requirements are not met any more.
